Overview Strategic creative leader focused on visual expression and brand language. Owns work-streams, guides ideation, and acts as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams. Shapes briefs, oversees multiple teams, and ensures cohesive brand voice across activations. You collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative concepts on time and within budget. This role offers influence over large-scale campaigns and direct client-facing opportunities within a dynamic agency environment.
Compensation / Benefits- salary range $150,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities- Concept and lead integrated creative work maintaining a cohesive brand voice
- Support concepts and layouts with clear rationale
- Collaborate on briefs and strategic approaches with cross-functional teams
- Manage parallel deadlines with high attention to detail
- Oversee activations within budget and on strategy
- Partner with other creatives and multi-disciplinary teams
- Present work internally
- Directly manage and mentor multiple teams
- Participate in brainstorms and stay updated on trends
- Convey vision and objectives to vendors and attend shoots as needed
- Engage with clients face-to-face under supervision
- Support Momentum's values and perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience
- College degree with focus in Art Direction
- Experience in Shopper, Commerce, Retail a plus
- Innovative concepting and strong presentation skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual and verbal communication
