MercyOne Clinton Medical Center (North Campus) is seeking an experienced Locum CRNA to provide anesthesia care supporting OR services. This role offers a stable Monday Friday schedule with no weekend requirements and optional call once trained.
Schedule - Patient Contact Hours: 40 per week
- Days: Monday Friday
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- OR/Procedure Days: Monday Friday
- On-Call: Optional, once trained
- Provider Availability:
- Full-time strongly preferred
- Part-time considered (must be available Mon Fri; no partial weeks)
Position & Clinical Details - Location: MercyOne Clinton, 1410 N. 4th Street, Clinton, IA 52732
- Setting: Inpatient responsibilities only (no outreach, no telehealth)
- Physicians on Staff: 2
- APP Supervision: None (CRNA practices independently)
- Nursing Support: N/A
- OR Environment:
- 4 ORs
- 1 GI Suite
- 1 OB Suite
- Weekly Case Volume:
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- EMR: EPIC
️ Job Responsibilities CRNA will independently provide anesthesia coverage for:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- GI Procedures
- Urology
- ENT
- OB
Not Included:
- No cardiac cases
- No neurosurgery (Head/Heart cases excluded)
General, GI, and Ortho cases make up the majority of the workload.
