About the Role: Faces With Rania LLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team in Spring, TX! Responsibilities: - Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess goals, medical history, and treatment suitability
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique facial anatomy and aesthetic goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and product recommendations
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Requirements: - Active and unrestricted RN, NP, PA, or MD license in the state of Texas
- Hands-on experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler injections
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Excellent bedside manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for facial aesthetics and symmetry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with aesthetic consultations and client relationship management preferred
