We are seeking a Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead a large kitchen team of 11+ culinary professionals during lunch and dinner service. This role oversees kitchen operations from recipe development and food preparation through staff scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine recipes for lunch and dinner service.
- Oversee food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and coordinate a kitchen team of 11+ employees.
- Prepare staff schedules to support efficient service.
- Manage inventory and control food costs.
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistent standards.
- Maintain food safety practices and compliance.
- Oversee kitchen maintenance and organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in culinary operations.
- Culinary arts diploma or degree.
- Experience with kitchen operations.
