Compensation
The practice offers a production-based compensation model designed to reward productivity and growth:
- 30% of adjusted collections up to $80,000/month
- 35% on collections from $80,000-$100,000/month
- 37% on collections from $100,000-$160,000/month
- 40% on collections from $160,000-$200,000/month
- Daily guarantee for the first 180 days
- $100,000 productivity bonus for exceeding $2.4 million in adjusted collections over a trailing 12-month period
