Workwear Outfitters is growing, and we're hiring for multiple 1st- and 2nd-shift opportunities at our Whites Creek facility. - Stock Picker / Order Picker

Pay
$16.48 - $22.00 per hour + up to 2% bonus yearly + yearly merit increase
We offer both:
- Traditional hourly positions
- Incentive-based positions with the opportunity for higher earnings based on performance
Shift Availability
- 1st Shift 6 am-2:30 pm
- 2nd Shift 2:30 pm- 11 pm with 10% shift premium
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards
- Prior warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, sewing, or production experience is helpful but not required for all positions
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the position
- Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
