Assistant Studio Manager who thrives on connection, accountability, and team development.
In this full-time leadership role, you'll be the heart and soul of the front desk, the go-to problem solver, and the right hand to the Studio Manager. You'll play a critical role in shaping the member experience and empowering your team to deliver excellence every single day.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead & Develop the Front-of-House Team
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front desk staff to provide top-tier service
- Monitor team performance, offer real-time coaching, and create a supportive, growth-focused culture
- Deliver valuable feedback to coaches to ensure a seamless member experience
- Be the Go-To for Member Support
- Handle member concerns with care and confidence-always aiming for quick, effective solutions
- Build lasting relationships with members and create a welcoming environment that feels like home
- Drive Sales & Grow the Studio
- Lead by example in meeting and exceeding sales goalsMotivate the front desk team to maximize leads, close memberships, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Be the Studio's Front Desk Anchor
- You'll be the face our members see most-greet them with energy, learn their stories, and become a trusted point of contact
- Keep the studio running smoothly and lead with passion, positivity, and professionalism
- Manage Admin & Account Tasks
- Own the details: process membership paperwork, resolve billing issues, manage class declines and unpaid sessions
- Keep our systems accurate, up-to-date, and running efficiently behind the scenes
What You Bring to the Team: - Leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment (fitness industry a plus!)
- A people-first mindset and a passion for health, wellness, and community
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A problem-solving approach to challenges
