Individual must be able to perform the following duties.
- Use of CAD software and ability to draft and post process survey data. AutoCAD & Trimble TBC preferred,
- ESRI ArcMap preferable.
- Produce finished survey deliverables including but not limited to base mapping, topographic.
- Develop construction stakeout upload files and hard sheets for survey crews.
- Process and produce post-construction and AsBuilt data and drawings.
- Provide and follow quality processes and procedures.
- Effectively communicate and provide support to internal & external stakeholders and team members.
- Assist with general office tasks, inventories, equipment shipping and other general support and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Preferred Minimum of 3 years of Survey Drafter / Data Technician / CAD experience.
- Requires knowledge of both survey technology and basic civil engineering concepts.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills, good mechanical, and computer skills.
A valid driver's license is required.
