- Permanent hematology/oncology opportunity
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible hematology/oncology physician
- Brand new site opening Summer 2026
- Seeking physicians with post-training experience
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Hours: 8:30a-5p
- Outpatient only to start
- Call schedule TBD - expected to be very light initially
- Small patient panel as the practice grows
- Sole physician at the site
- Dedicated support staff includes:
- On-site infusion center
- Established referral network with growing patient volume
- Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $400,000+
- Typical established physicians can achieve $550,000+ total cash compensation
- wRVU incentive model focused on productivity, quality, patient experience, and documentation
- Guaranteed $100,000 sign-on bonus
- 5 CME days plus $2,500 annually
