Work across two Level II Trauma facilities Äî Carrollton ED (40 beds) and Villa Rica ED (36 beds) Äî in a 100% democratic group with a clear path to full partnership. Compensation

• Year 1: $325,000 salary
• Year 2: $350,000 salary
• Year 3+: Partnership Äî average $450,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus + $50,000 starting bonus
• Relocation assistance up to $14,000
• Benefits and malpractice paid by the group
Position Highlights
• BC/BE Emergency Medicine trained candidates only
• 16 eight-hour shifts per month (currently 14 day shifts / 2 night shifts)
• Group has 4 Nocturnists
• NPs and PAs also employed by the group
• Full partnership after year 2

Annual ED Volumes:
• Carrollton: 65,000 visits/year
• Villa Rica: 45,000 visits/year
