Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements

- PALS certification required
- Ability to work in a busy community emergency department
- Comfortable practicing with broad emergency medicine responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care for a broad range of patient acuity levels
- Evaluate and stabilize patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment
- Manage adult and pediatric emergency cases as needed
- Collaborate with on-site support services and specialty teams when appropriate
- Provide coverage in a setting that includes newborn deliveries in the ED
- Deliver efficient, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical judgment
