Job description

A healthcare facility in Bellingham, Washington is seeking a Board-Certified Electrophysiologist for a 9-month locum tenens assignment with ongoing potential.

Position Highlights:

  • Start ASAP once credentialed
  • 9-month assignment
  • 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • One week per month
  • 2 weeknight calls during scheduled week
  • Possible 24-hour weekend call
  • Outpatient setting with hospital support
  • Full-spectrum EP procedures
  • Pacemakers and ablations
  • Cardioversions and TEEs
  • Occasional hospital rounding, admissions and consults
  • APC support Monday Saturday
  • EPIC EMR
  • Travel reimbursement provided

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Cardiology & Electrophysiology
  • 100+ documented EP cases within the past 24 months
  • Active WA license or willingness to obtain
  • IMLC accepted
  • ACLS, BLS and NRP
  • Hospital privileges required
