What You ll Do
- Assist with in-office procedures such as vasectomies, prostate biopsies, cystoscopies, and ultrasounds
- Support in-hospital procedures including TURP, prostate biopsies, and nephrolithotomies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing patient care and treatment planning
- Document clinical notes, progress reports, and procedure details accurately
- Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
- Participate in patient consultations and support clinic operations
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards
What You Need
Required: - Valid Physician Assistant license in Ohio
- Experience in urology or surgical environments preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred: - Prior experience performing in-office and hospital procedures
- Knowledge of urologic equipment and diagnostics
- Excellent organizational skills
