Job description

Opportunity:

Physician (MD) - Urology

Job Details:

Provide call coverage for urgent and emergent urological cases including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy for stones, stent placement, bleeds, and strictures

Access to comprehensive equipment including disposable and flexible cystoscope/ureteroscope, rigid telescopes, urology supplies such as stents, baskets, dilators, catheters, and instrumentation

Laser services, radiology support, lithoclast, TUR/TURB associated instrumentation, and video boom systems available in all ORs

OR tables configured for urology procedures with intraoperative C-Arm support available

Mobile Urology Cart available for care needed in the ER or on inpatient units with assortment of supplies for non-surgical intervention cases

General Urology and adult patient experience required

Ureteroscopy and robotic surgery experience required

Board certification required with minimum certification level of certified

Active Florida license required

ACLS and BLS certifications required

Level 2 trauma facility

Locum Tenens position, ASAP start with ongoing need
