Position Overview Outpatient-only primary care practice
Full-time, 40-hour work week, including 35 hours of direct patient care
Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with one weekly evening shift until 7:00 8:00 PM
PCMH model collaborative, team-based care approach
Full-scope Family Medicine, treating patients of all ages
