Job description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing pediatric ABA team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. This position offers a manageable caseload, opportunities for professional growth, strong clinical support, and a flexible hybrid schedule with up to two remote workdays per week. Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Hybrid schedule with up to 2 remote days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success.
Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure, as applicable.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Passion for working with children and families.
