Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
- Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
- Match clients with qualified candidates and enable placements
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
- Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
Key requirements- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
- Comfort with establishing relationships over the phone
- Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- A degree is preferred but not required
