What You ll Do
- Provide inpatient pulmonary and critical care in a Level I, II, and III trauma settings
- Manage ventilation, invasive and non-invasive procedures, and diagnostic bronchoscopy
- Perform chest tube and central line insertions, thoracentesis, and foreign body removal
- Collaborate with onsite pulmonologists and critical care team members
- Support ICU patients with complex respiratory and critical care needs
- Document care using EPIC EMR system
- Rotate among facilities to provide consistent coverage with light days in between shifts
What You Need
Required: - Medical license in Colorado (must be obtained at time of credentialing)
- Recent experience in level I trauma environment
- Proficient in pulmonary procedures (ventilation management, intubation, bronchoscopy, etc.)
- Must complete EPIC EMR training prior to first day
Preferred: - Experience in ICU patient management
- Skilled in advanced critical care procedures (PA catheter, dialysis catheter placement, etc.)

This opportunity offers support at major hospitals in Loveland, Colorado, providing critical inpatient pulmonary and ICU care across diverse trauma levels. Clinicians will work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team, ensuring patients receive expert, compassionate care in the hospital setting. Coverage is cap at 7 days consecutively, with scheduling rotation between facilities to optimize workload and prevent burnout.
