Job description

Brown University Health Massachusetts Community Based hospital is seeking a full-time accomplished radiologist to serve as Chief of Radiology to join our hospital-based practice just outside of Providence, southeast/south coast of MA. This. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and advance radiology services across a growing regional network while maintaining an academic affiliation with Brown University.

The Chief of Radiology will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered imaging services while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Radiology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
  • Fellowship training preferred (subspecialty expertise a plus)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in radiology (e.g., section chief, medical director, or similar role)
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
