Informatics Physician Assistant

Job Title: Physician Assistant
Location: San Rafael, CA 94901
Duration: 1 Years to long term
Shift: 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:.
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for pre-employment, annual, and bi-annual clearance (DOT and NON-DOT).
• Perform agility and functional evaluations to assess physical ability for specific job tasks (lifting, climbing, etc.).
• Provide on-site evaluation and treatment of minor occupational injuries under the supervision of the Medical Director.
• Administer vaccinations, TB tests, and other required immunizations.
• Conduct respirator medical evaluations and fit-testing clearances.
• Review laboratory results and complete physical demands analyses for employees.
• Assist in the management of workers' compensation cases, including preparing medical reports and return-to-work recommendations.
• Participate in health & wellness initiatives, including biometric screenings and performance optimization programs.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:
• Physician Assistant License
• BLS Certificate
