Overview In this role you own a defined book of enterprise customers, driving retention and expansion. You will act as the sole owner of strategic relationships, renewals, and growth plans, with weekly forecasting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, negotiate multi-year terms, and develop customer references and case studies. Your work supports TeamViewer's mission to connect people with technology and scale digital processes across customers. This is a high-impact, growth-focused position in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities- Own 20-40 enterprise accounts as the primary owner for renewal, retention, and expansion
- Build and maintain formal account plans with stakeholder maps, renewal timelines, adoption status, expansion hypotheses, and risk
- Proactively manage renewals with a clear value narrative and negotiate multi-year commercial terms
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities (additional seats, products, use cases) via consultative approach with IT and business stakeholders
- Forecast weekly in Salesforce for renewals and expansion with stage-based insights and next steps
- Coordinate with Enterprise Account Specialist for opportunities above $10K and handoffs for sub-$10K upsells
- Partner with Enterprise Solution Engineers for technical validation and with Customer Success/Support to mitigate retention risk
- Collaborate with partners, distributors, and resellers on channel opportunities
- Provide market and customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and leadership; contribute to references, case studies, and events
- Maintain accurate plans and renewal paths for all accounts to avoid surprises at term end
- Ensure clean handoffs with Account Executive and Specialist teams
Key requirements- 3+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing SaaS/s technology sales
- Proven track record of retaining and expanding a book of business against targets
- Strong commercial skills: negotiation, multi-year structuring, procurement in mid-size/large organizations
- Consultative, solutions-focused approach engaging IT leaders and business stakeholders
- Disciplined on weekly forecasting, account planning, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-growth environment
- Spanish is a plus (not required)
