Overview

Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to shape and scale the HR technology ecosystem. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design and optimize Workday solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and a strong employee experience. You'll lead initiatives across HCM, Learning, and Talent & Performance, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and an excellent end-user experience. This role combines system configuration, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration to support global HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain and optimize Workday HCM and related modules; lead system enhancements and new feature implementations with People Technology Leads
  • Identify automation opportunities by analyzing current-state processes and future needs
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices; recommend improvements
  • Maintain data accuracy through audits, validation, and monitoring; build and maintain custom reports and dashboards
  • Lead Workday initiatives including module implementations, BP redesigns, and global rollouts
  • Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Manage implementation activities: requirements, design, testing, deployment, post-launch support
  • Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, mass data updates, testing, and maintenance
  • Maintain system documentation, guides, and support procedures
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and GDPR and assist with audits
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and ability to configure Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Security
  • Experience supporting or leading Workday implementations or significant system changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating complex requirements into solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance (SOX and GDPR)
