Construction Site EHS Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs at an active construction site in Lebanon, IN. This role will ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, identify and mitigate hazards, conduct safety training, and promote a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce EHS policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations.
• Train employees, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
• Manage environmental compliance, waste disposal, spill prevention, and erosion control.
• Maintain safety records, permits, training documentation, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors on daily EHS activities.
• Oversee PPE and safety equipment requirements.
• Support emergency response and corrective action activities.

Qualifications

• EHS experience with construction site experience required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CSP, CHST, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety/project management software.
• Ability to work in an active construction environment.
