What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients according to company standards.
- Assemble meal components and package products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Follow all food safety and quality control procedures.
- Operate in a cold temperature environment while ensuring safety and comfort measures.
- Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working in a cold/refrigerated environment (required).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
What You Can Expect
- $15.00/hr, starting pay with opportunity for an increase after 90 days
- Monday, 12:00pm - 10:30pm, Tuesday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30am
- Cold environment - working in the fridge
