What You ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy ER with 3 beds, overseeing direct patient care.
- Serve as Charge Nurse, leading shifts and coordinating with staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document clinical procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Support day-to-day operations of the ER and Med Surg units during assigned shifts.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, demonstrating leadership and clinical expertise.
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid RN license
- Charge nurse or leadership experience in ER
- Ability to work night shifts
- Preferred:
- Previous experience working in ER and Med Surg units
- Strong leadership and communication skills
