What You ll Do:
- Provide outpatient Rheumatology consultations and follow-up care for adult patients
- Manage a large panel, primarily focusing on existing patients, with minimal new patient intake
- Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants and receptionists
- Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) for documentation and patient management
- Support emergent and STAT referrals, primarily for employees or internal transfers
- Participate in clinic operations and contribute to comprehensive patient treatment plans
What You Need:
- Current WA State Medical License; IMLC consideration acceptable
- Board Certification in ABIM with Rheumatology Fellowship completed
- DEA certification
- Minimum 1-year post-fellowship experience (recent graduates considered)
- Strong communication and patient management skills
