Sustainable Schedule - 4-day clinic schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
- No Thursday clinic
- Designed to support both efficiency and work-life balance
- Weekday call rotates between float coverage and limited Friday night call
- Weekend call approximately 1:8
