Clinical Role

- Multiple providers accepted
- Office and hospital-based Urology coverage
- Approximately 15-20 office patients per day
- Approximately 4-8 hospital procedures per day
- Admissions required
- Assigned and unassigned patients
Schedule & Call
- Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- 3-4 half-day clinics
- 30-minute call response time required
Practice Setting & Support
- 2 procedure rooms, 1 UDS room, and 6 exam rooms
- 2 Nurse Practitioners
- 3 Medical Office Assistants
- 6 clinical staff members
- Surgery scheduler
- UDS technician
- Meditech EMR
In-Office Procedures
- Vasectomy
- Prostate biopsy and ultrasound
- Cystoscopy with stent removal
- Procedure volume varies by day

- Cryoablation of the prostate/kidney

- Ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy

Requirements & Credentialing
- Board Certified in Urology required
- Active Ohio license required; IMLC accepted
- ACLS and BLS required
