cancer care Responsibilities- Lead and grow a Cardiothoracic Surgery program with strong system support
- Collaborate with established Interventional, Electrophysiology, General Cardiology, and
Vascular teams- Build a sustainable 24-hour call model with shared coverage and PRN/locum support as needed
- Leverage a strong referral base from employed physicians and community providers
Qualifications- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Unrestricted Iowa medical license (or eligibility)
- Unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
- Experience building or expanding a program preferred
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
