Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of ACGME-accredited geriatric medicine fellowship
- Board certified or board eligible in geriatrics
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligible
- Dual certification in palliative care is a plus
- Visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B) not available
Position Details- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatrician to join the practice.
- Approximately 75% outpatient geriatric consultative services and 25% inpatient; role can be adjusted to the physician's interests
- Full-time, weekdays only, 40 standard hours; part-time and flexible options available
- Infrequent phone call only
- Established, state-wide team of 20+ geriatric providers
- Team-based care with access to behavioral health, high-risk nurse care managers, and social workers
- AI-assisted charting, EMR with voice dictation, secure texting, and patient self-scheduling
- Provide team-based outpatient geriatric consultative care with inpatient and palliative care opportunities
- Optional teaching with faculty appointment
- Professional development in leadership, research, or academic teaching
