Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of ACGME-accredited geriatric medicine fellowship
- Board certified or board eligible in geriatrics

Position Details- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatrician to join the practice.
- Hospital-based role, mostly inpatient geriatric medicine and ideally palliative care; flexible based on interests
- Full-time, weekdays only
- Established team of 20+ geriatric providers
- Access to behavioral health, high-risk nurse care managers, and social workers
- EMR with voice dictation, secure texting, and patient self-scheduling
- Provide inpatient geriatric medicine and palliative care
- Optional teaching with faculty appointment
- Mentorship and orientation program for new providers
- Professional development in leadership, research, or academic teaching
