Locums CRNA Fredericksburg, VA (Active VA License Required) Why This Role

Assignment Details
• Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: 40 hours per week based on the established department schedule
• Call: In-house call approximately once every eight weeks
• Call Response Time: 45 minutes
• Setting: Inpatient surgical services
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
• Temporary Privileges: Not available
Requirements
• Board-certified CRNA
• Active Virginia CRNA license
• Active ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Availability for full-time coverage
• Ability to participate in the call rotation
• Experience with:
- Adult and pediatric general anesthesia - Trauma anesthesia - Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia - Obstetric anesthesia - Head, spine, and neurosurgical cases - Thoracic and complex vascular cases - Complex orthopedic cases - Pain-management techniques - Postoperative epidurals and extremity blocks - Lumbar and cervical transforaminal procedures - Ventilator and acute volume/blood-pressure management - Central-line and pulmonary artery catheter placement Clinical Details
• Broad case mix includes cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neuro, spine, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic procedures
• Open-heart anesthesia is not required
• Support staffing varies by shift and service
• Resident or clinical teaching responsibilities are required
• No admissions responsibilities
