Locum General Neurologist Southern New JerseyEgg Harbor Township, Hammonton & Atlantic City Äî 100% Outpatient No Call Position Details

• Locum tenens General Neurology opportunity
• Coverage: ASAP and ongoing until a permanent Neurologist is hired
• Schedule: Monday ÄìFriday, approximately 8:00 AM Äì5:00 PM
• Full-time availability preferred
• Minimum commitment of 3 consistent days per week
• Practice Setting: 100% outpatient
• Call: No nights, weekends, holidays, or call coverage
• Coverage rotates between Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, and Atlantic City, with one location assigned per day
• Adult and geriatric patient population: approximately 60% adult / 40% geriatric
• Approximately 14 Äì18 patients per day
- 3 Äì5 new patients - 10 Äì13 follow-up patients
• Evaluate and manage common neurological conditions, including:
- Headache and migraine - Seizure disorders - Neuropathy - Movement disorders - Multiple sclerosis - Cognitive disorders - Post-stroke follow-up
• Review imaging, laboratory results, and outside medical records
• Order appropriate diagnostic testing and manage medications
• Collaborate with primary care providers, APPs, specialists, and the broader neuroscience team
• Cerner/Oracle EMR
• No teaching responsibilities
Travel Details
• Economy airfare reimbursed up to $750 round trip per approved work block
• Lodging up to $200/night before taxes
• Compact or midsize rental car up to $75/day before taxes and fees
• Personal vehicle mileage reimbursed at the current IRS business mileage rate
• Travel time is not billable
• Approximately 90 Äì120 days for credentialing

• Join an established and growing neuroscience program serving communities throughout Southern New Jersey
• Established referral network
• Interdisciplinary clinical team
• Outpatient practices located across Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, and Atlantic City
• Site assignments coordinated in advance based on patient access needs and provider availability
Job Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• ABPN or AOBNP certification/eligibility required
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license or willingness to obtain
• Active DEA and New Jersey CDS required before start
• BLS certification
• Ability to provide consistent adult outpatient General Neurology coverage
• Willingness to rotate among all 3 practice locations
• Cerner or comparable EMR experience preferred
• Must disclose experience with EEG interpretation, EMG, and Botox
