Position, Compensation & Organization
- Director of Labor & Delivery leadership opportunity from the outset
- $475,000 base salary to share while the compensation scale is under review
- Additional group wRVU incentive opportunity with a 33,000-35,000 group target
- Leadership stipend available, with amount dependent on the role
- 4 days of direct patient care per week
- High-risk clinics, antepartum care, inpatient consults, surgical MFM and ultrasound
- Typical antepartum/inpatient MFM census of approximately 5-7 patients
- More than 3,000 deliveries annually with significant high-acuity MFM involvement
- Academic environment with an OB/GYN residency and accredited MFM fellowship
- Protected academic time typically 0.1-0.2 based on individual interests
- $75,000 sign-on incentive with relocation included
- $2,500 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
