Every surgical opportunity promises collaboration, advanced technology, and strong support. But how often does the day-to-day actually match the job description?
This one does.
A North/Central New Jersey practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Breast Surgeon to join a truly multidisciplinary, patient-centered breast care team. This is a place that values your expertise, invests in your growth, and protects your well-being so you can focus on what matters most: guiding patients through one of the most important moments of their lives.
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Why Surgeons Are Choosing This Practice
A full team behind every patient. Work side by side with surgical, medical, and radiation oncologists, breast radiologists, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and specialists in genetics, nutrition, and counseling. Your patients get comprehensive, coordinated care, and you never have to carry it alone.
The tools to do your best work. State-of-the-art imaging and surgical technology support comprehensive care across every stage of breast disease.
Mentorship that is real, not just promised. Early-career surgeons benefit from a strong, structured mentorship program, while experienced surgeons have continued opportunities for professional development.
A career built to last. A structured, well-supported environment designed for sustainability and long-term career satisfaction, not burnout.
Ownership, not just employment. A shareholder opportunity means you are building something for your future, not just someone else's.
