Starting a new pulmonology and critical care role usually means a learning curve, a thin schedule, and a lot of loose ends to tie up.
Not here.
A physician-led, multi-specialty group in Connecticut is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to step into a practice where the groundwork is already done. Established patient volume, steady internal referrals, and smooth-running clinic and ICU workflows mean you can focus on your patients from day one.
What Your Role Looks Like
- Outpatient-focused pulmonology with an established, growing patient panel
- A 3:1 rotation: three weeks in clinic, one week of ICU and critical care coverage
- Flexibility to shape your own mix of outpatient and critical care work
- Bronchoscopy and additional procedures available based on your training
- In-house pulmonary function testing and diagnostic tools
- A predictable, consistent weekly schedule
Why Physicians Are Choosing This Group
You start busy, not building. A strong referral pipeline from primary care and specialty colleagues within the group means your schedule fills quickly and steadily.
You have real support. A dedicated Medical Assistant, respiratory therapy support, and centralized scheduling and care coordination let you spend your time on patient care, not logistics.
Call that is built to last. A structured, shared call model keeps critical care coverage sustainable for the long haul, not just your first year.
Collaboration is built in. As part of a multi-specialty group, you will work closely with colleagues across specialties to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care for your patients.
Compensation and Benefits
