We are seeking a PrimaryCare Physician to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is an excellentopportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, high-quality patientcare, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The role may also includeAssociate Medical Director responsibilities, providing an opportunity to mentoradvanced practice providers and help advance clinical quality across theservice line.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensiveprimary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Exercise independentclinical decision-making and maintain accountability for patient outcomes.
- Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-basedpractices.
- Collaborate with physicians,APPs, and other members of the care team to coordinate patient care.
- Mentor and support NursePractitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Participate in clinicalquality initiatives and help influence practice standards across the serviceline.
- Oversee and participate inAPP chart audits and provide clinical feedback as appropriate.
- Participate inorganizational meetings, quality improvement activities, and other professionalresponsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits: $200,801-$301,200annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefitspackage.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school.
- Completion of an accreditedInternal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Current, unrestrictedTennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current DEA registration oreligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical judgment,communication, and leadership skills.
- Primary care experiencepreferred.
- Experience mentoring APPs orparticipating in clinical quality initiatives is a plus.
