Step into a Thriving, Established Outpatient Practice Full Patient Panel Available

A respected and well-established outpatient pediatric practice in South Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join the team as the lead physician transitions into retirement. This is a unique opportunity to step into a full patient panel and practice in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Location: South Florida a vibrant, diverse region with beautiful weather, coastal living, and access to world-class amenities.

• Outpatient Only: No hospital rounds or call all after-hours calls are managed by a dedicated triage team.

• Patient Volume: See approximately 24 patients per day.

• Team Structure: Collaborate with one experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and a skilled support staff.

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. No weekends or evening shifts.

Experienced Pediatricians are preferred, but recent graduates with strong training are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be mission-driven and passionate about providing excellent care to families in the community.
