Restaurant & Bar Shift Manager

We're seeking a Restaurant & Bar Shift Manager to oversee operations at Mea Inu Bar and Grill in Lihue. In-person airport restaurant with locally brewed micro-brews and casual Hawaiian-inspired cuisine. Duties: opening, daily, and closing checklists; supervise non-management associates, assign tasks, prepare schedules; help interview and recommend promotions to the General Manager; keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and equipment working; operate the register and follow health, safety, and HACCP standards; place orders, receive goods, process invoices; ensure rest and meal breaks. Requirements: 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service; 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen; sanitary, safety, and HACCP knowledge; varied rotating schedules. Full-time. In person. Must relocate to Lihue, HI 96766 before starting work. Pay: up to $75,000 per year.
