Overview In this role, you will drive financial analysis and modeling for Spreetail's rapidly scaling Marketplace Fulfillment business. You partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, investments, and profitable growth, delivering transparent, data-driven insights. You'll own complex forecasts, unit economics, and cost-to-serve models that guide fast-moving initiatives. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with visibility to executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities- Lead pre-deal financial analytics with unit economics models at brand and SKU level, sizing ramps and break-even points
- Model ROI and cost-to-serve to guide assortment expansion and phased launches
- Design and scale defensible quote engines using SQL and Power BI with auditable guardrails
- Analyze post-launch variance to improve deal models and playbooks
- Provide end-to-end pipeline and capacity visibility by partnering across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Outbound
Key requirements- 6-10+ years of FP&A, strategy, or operations analytics in eCommerce or marketplace contexts
- Advanced analytics toolkit including expert SQL and Excel; strong Power BI (data modeling, DAX)
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
- Proven ability to build scalable economics models (quoting frameworks, cost-to-serve engines)
- Exceptional communicator and business partner who can drive alignment with senior stakeholders
