Overview In this role you lead the CMSD R&D analog team to develop configurable mixed-signal ASICs, from concept through market release. You oversee architecture decisions, IP requirements, and verification, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. You drive design excellence, mentorship, and scalable processes in a market-leading portfolio like GreenPAK. This position combines technical leadership with strategic planning to shape high-performance analog solutions.

Responsibilities- Define product specifications with product and marketing to create competitive advantage
- Develop system architecture to optimize performance, power, and die size
- Specify requirements for individual IPs used in the product
- Co-create development plans for design, verification, and layout with the project manager
- Develop comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plans
- Lead high-quality product development through peer reviews and thorough documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development, bench evaluation, and quality assurance
- Mentor and develop the team
Key requirements- MSEE + 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design
- Fully competent in all common aspects of analog design
- Experience in precision analog circuitry
- Experience in power management and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes)
- Ability to develop system architectures
- Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations
- Understanding of full IC development cycle beyond analog (digital flow, packaging, test engineering, QA, and product engineering)
- Strong communication skills for global collaboration
