Customer Success Specialist

Overview

In this role, you help ensure customers achieve success with Aristocrat's gaming products and onboard new users. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve experiences. You'll conduct onboarding, user enablement, and regular customer engagements to keep satisfaction high. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position in a company that values customer-centric excellence and collaboration. You'll have a chance to influence product and service quality while working with gaming clients globally.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard customers and support product implementation and user enablement
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned customers with regular meetings and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions in CRM/system
  • Support onsite customer projects in collaboration with Project Management
  • Monitor usage data to improve product adoption and outcomes
  • Provide product expertise to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address needs and drive retention
  • Gather customer feedback and translate into product improvements
  • Ensure deliverables and success plans are communicated to leadership
  • Coordinate resolution of critical customer issues across teams
  • Coordinate with Aristocrat Support Center for issue resolution
  • Monitor industry trends to refine success strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (customer success or support)
  • Previous Casino/Gaming Systems Industry experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer data management
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (including international)
  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze customer usage data
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred but not required
