Overview As Brand Manager, Global you will drive the development and execution of global innovation and growth for Home Fragrance. You will coordinate across regions to adapt and execute the global brand strategy, ensuring speed, profitability, and consistent brand identity. You'll partner with insights and supply functions to shape winning propositions and scalable launches. This role offers impact across a global portfolio of Yankee Candle, WoodWick and Chesapeake Bay Candle, with a clear path to broaden market share and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align regional plans with corporate goals and consumer trends.
Responsibilities- Embed global brand positioning by collaborating with regional teams
- Lead development of short- and long-term global brand strategy and help regions adopt it with market-fit adjustments
- Execute and enforce global brand architecture and identity across all communications and packaging
- Ensure compliance with brand identity guidelines in all markets for internal and external messaging
- Lead portions of the global innovation process with regional inputs to drive growth
- Contribute to the global annual brand planning process with local insights
- Own development and execution of core assets for new item launches across omni-channel deployment
- Partner with consumer insights to identify necessary research and deliver winning market propositions
- Understand the global supply chain and procurement landscape to design best-in-class products for consumer needs and financial goals
Key requirements- Four-year college degree; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of brand management experience, global experience preferred
- Experience diagnosing business performance with tools like ACNielsen, IRI, NPD or similar POS/shipment data systems
- CPG or durable goods background
- Exposure to consumer insights and analytics to drive leadership brand sales
