Responsibilities- Serve as site SME for assigned electrical area(s)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Maintenance & Operations to manage concerns, schedules, budgets
- Provide engineering/technical guidance to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
- Contribute to team decisions through planning, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of work activities
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and sketches for defined problems
- Conduct engineering studies and complete routine projects with increasing independence
- Apply fundamental concepts and procedures with strong analytical skills
- Develop positive working relationships and communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support company goals and represent the company positively and professionally
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Master's degree in engineering may be considered in lieu of BS
- Minimum 4 years of engineering experience (Senior: 6 years or 5 years with Professional Engineer)
- 1 year of nuclear power plant experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; good problem-solving skills
- Meet ANSI requirements for Nuclear Operating Fleet personnel qualifications
- Travel 5-15%
