Overview In this role you will support Banking FP&A, driving budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to enable senior leaders to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate across partners to align data with standards, improve reporting processes, and contribute to cross-functional projects. Responsibilities- Prepare senior-management presentations and financial analytics on revenues and cost drivers
- Maintain data reporting standards and integrity for Banking LOB per head office requirements
- Develop detailed budget vs. actual variance reports to support decision-making
- Enhance reporting and budgeting processes to streamline data production
- Collaborate with Finance, back office, and front office to analyze trends in revenues, expenses, and KPIs
- Maintain reporting hierarchies and mappings to ensure data integrity across systems
- Monitor monthly allocation and inter-entity reconciliations for accuracy
- Assist in planning and executing cross-functional projects including revenue forecasting and expense initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related majors; CPA or CFA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, with 2 years in business planning and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP tools such as Hyperion, Anaplan, PeopleSoft, and OneStream
- Strong understanding of banking products and their revenue/expense relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS; knowledge of general ledger concepts preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities while delivering timely information
- Experience with organization hierarchy and income statement structures across business lines and entities
