Trade Surveillance Analyst - Top Investment Bank

In this role you will monitor daily trading activity to detect potential market manipulation and abusive practices within equities and equity derivatives. You will work as part of a surveillance team in New York, applying Nasdaq Trade Surveillance to identify risks and ensure compliance. The position supports the firm's risk controls and market integrity objectives in a top-tier global bank. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine surveillance processes and respond to alerts, with a hybrid work schedule.

• Perform daily surveillance of equities and equity derivatives (options)
• Identify and escalate suspicious trading patterns and potential market manipulation
• Utilize Nasdaq Trade Surveillance to monitor activity and enforce controls
• Collaborate with compliance and trading teams to optimize surveillance rules and workflows

• Bachelor
• 2+ years of experience in trade surveillance
• Experience with equities and derivatives

• Advanced degree a plus
