Overview In this role you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SOWs and subcontractor engagements within Deloitte's Contingent Workforce Management ecosystem. You will partner across the business to ensure compliant contracting, process improvements, and timely execution, while maintaining strong vendor relationships. You'll work with legal, risk, procurement, and stakeholders to optimize SOW intake, onboarding, and ongoing program health. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how we engage contractors and scale our procurement operations.

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of SOW requests in ServiceNow and Fieldglass, including creation, redline, execution, onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
- Coordinate with Strategic Procurement Services, Office of General Counsel, Independence, Risk, and other stakeholders to support contract processing and compliance
- Review Fieldglass SOW intake queue, resolve issues, and educate business stakeholders on engagement options
- Support vendor setup and administration (registration, onboarding, timesheets, invoicing, inquiries)
- Maintain program documentation, agreement records, reporting support, and productivity tracking; identify process improvements
- Build and maintain vendor relationships; lead regular business reviews to assess performance and growth
- Support vendor program improvements via reporting, user acceptance testing, stakeholder education, and projects tied to marketplace trends and process enhancements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years in HR or Procurement with contracts and SOW management
- Experience using SAP Fieldglass, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Experience onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of subcontractors
- Experience coordinating with procurement, legal, risk, finance, and business stakeholders
- Ability to travel (approx. 10%)
