Overview In this role, you drive growth for Abbott's molecular diagnostics portfolio by closing new business and expanding existing accounts. You will engage hospital systems and multi-stakeholder groups to accelerate strategic decisions and deliver win-win solutions. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to streamline operations and leverage insights to exceed targets. Responsibilities- Identify and close new business opportunities within the territory across hospitals, IDNs, labs, and women's health offices
- Expand existing accounts and manage renewal processes for non-enterprise customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy best practices and leverage customer insights
- Build long-term partnerships by understanding stakeholder needs (laboratory, procurement, clinical leadership, C-suite)
- Manage complex, long-cycle capital sales with strategic foresight and contingency planning
- Coordinate with Enterprise Account Manager to secure business in large hospital systems
- Prioritize and plan to streamline operations and shorten decision timelines
- Drive market share growth through stakeholder engagement and value-based solutions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of sales, account management, or related business experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customer-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication with influence across levels
- Change management mindset with ability to champion innovation
- Strong business planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with commitment to long-term partnerships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
