Overview

In this role you drive strategic event execution across a portfolio of client meetings. You work closely with internal stakeholders and event teams to ensure events align with visions and goals, while overseeing execution and budgets. You will lead and advise on delivery, with hands-on involvement varying by event. This position offers global exposure, mentorship, and a path to broaden your expertise within a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advisory across client events to ensure alignment with stakeholders' vision and goals
  • Lead or support project management and advisory activities depending on the event
  • Guide cross-functional teams for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee budgets across the event portfolio
  • Execute and lead a portfolio of meetings, initially focused on firm client events
  • Collaborate with practices and offices to support operational elements of events
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal clients and understand event team roles and pipelines
  • Incorporate firm messaging and location considerations into program design and communications
  • Foster collaboration across client events to address shared business challenges
  • Travel as required and participate in planning site visits and events
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years in strategic meeting planning in a professional services environment
  • Strong leadership, analytics, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to generate new ideas and constructively challenge conventional wisdom
  • Experience in inclusive problem solving and building relationships across geographies
  • Proven ability to travel as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leaders
