Overview In this in-office role based in Birmingham, AL, you will support a broad range of HR operations to keep the workforce informed and compliant. You will work closely with leadership to manage day-to-day employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy communications. You'll help maintain accurate records, coordinate recruiting tasks, and support performance and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities- Support day-to-day human resources operations and assist with employee relations matters
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new hire documentation
- Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR policy communication
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and compliance documentation
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Help administer performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and other HR initiatives
